All sales are final.
We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen in transit.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. The customer is always responsible for shipping fees on exchanges.
Damages and issues
If your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately by email so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
