Shipping policy

Shipping
Orders typically take 1-4 weeks prior to shipping to be hand crafted in house by our small team (all pieces are made to order). We appreciate your patience as our team is hard at work every day to get orders out as quickly as possible. Shipping rates are based off the weight of your order.

Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number right after your order is placed. At the time of shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-4 weeks.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Carriers
We use USPS & UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We may be unable to ship to certain locations due to carrier restrictions.
Changes to Shipping Address
Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We cannot guarantee we can accommodate changes once an order has been processed.
